lady gaga is unbelievable, i saw her picture in todays herald sun and was immediately stunned by what she was wearing, i think she looks amazing! then, i got home and checked 'style.com/' and much to my shock, she is wearing armani prive. i love the fact that she has taken a designer that is known for sophisticated glamour, and she has taken it to a whole other levels, totally made it her out-landish own. absolutely stunning... love...

today i went to chadstone, looking for birthday presents for myself. i found lots of potential goodies, including a wallet from chanel, a trench and a bag from burberry, an arthur galan shirt from david jones and a denim shirt from levis. but up there on my list of goodies it THIS patchwork multi-coloured check jacket from polo ralph lauren. the tone of the colours and the feel of the fabric and the casual ease of it make it appear vintage, it doesn't look new, it looks worn in, as if it has had a past-life. it was an amazing fit, like a glove. i can really see some amazing potential styling options. i am have to be super extravagant and splurge for myself, i deserve it...
